Restaurant and catering chain of approximately 300 units in France, i am currently responsible of the implementation of a global management solution that will allow this company to automate the transmission of the data between the French headquarters / corporate suppliers and their international point of sales.
Interface between the IT / operational management of this company and my company's international subsidiaries, my first mission is to optimize the implementation of the IT management solution in each country, according to the ressources, the legal / tax rules and the local telecom infrastructure.
