1) Responsabilities:
* Estimate the performance and the efficiency of hotels.
* Analyse the information, verify the conformity with the standards and control the respect of the internal procedures.
* Supervision of the team.
* Participation in the life of the service.
2) Mission:
* Ensure the audit missions in Sofitel, Pullman, Novotel, Mercure, Suitehotel, Thalassa, Ibis, All Seasons, Etap et Hotel F1 for the EMEA Zone: Europe, Middle-East and Africa (1 443 subsidiaries and 222 managed hotels).
* Realise theme missions in the hotels punctually.
* Work with and train the hotel teams to set up an action plan to optimise the level of the internal control and the results.
* Work trips (more than 60 % of the year)in the Europe, Middle-East and Africa zone.
* Intervention and lead on « High contributive hotels » missions with more complex problematics.
* Identification of new potential risks.
