Internship within the Regional Marketing team in charge of supporting Offline and Online projects for the Region APAC.

- Supported local team in their online marketing strategy (website, social medias, advertising, SEM…).
- Provided monthly internet activity report for 11 commercial offices and 9 resorts across APAC.
- Organised PR events and supported the implementation of communication tools (internal and external).

After a first internship in Orange Business Services within a presales team, I wanted to discover a new aspect of the sales on the telecom technology market.

As part of my last year of study in the Electrical Engineering Department of the engineering school INSA de Lyon, I completed my final engineering project in Orange Business Services. I integrated the Global Sales’ team, in charge of supporting sales in 4 Regions (Asia Pacific, Americas, Eastern Europe Middle East Africa, Europe).
This new experience was composed of a main project : the launch of a tool which generate a standardized proposal document destinated to the customer. This tool, for sales and presales team, industrialize and simplify their way of working.
I was also involved in numerous activities, including management of training for the sales community.

6 months internship within a Pre Sales Team.

Commercial relationship and technical consulting for international professional customers. Our function was to:
- Understand & translate the customer business requirements into functional & technical requirement
- Develop the technical proposal that meet customer's requirement. Design of network and telecom technical solutions (equipments, routing, IP VPN, network architecture).
- Present and promote the proposed solution to the customers. Writing of the Customer proposal.
