- Raising the credibility of Chamber's trade document function through an international Certificates of Origin (COs) accreditation based upon procedure standards and guidelines for the issuance and attestation of Certificates of Origin

- Developing the World Chambers Network (WCN), the official "chamber" portal dedicated to electronic international trade. WCN's platform offers promotion and verification services, linking chambers of commerce, companies and their customers from around the world

Organized the 7th World Chambers Congress, an international event attended by 1,200 chamber of commerce executives and business leaders from 105 countries, and the 2011 World Chambers Competition, the only global awards programme to recognize the most innovative projects undertaken by chambers of commerce and industry from around the world

Assisted the Consul (Political/ Public Relations) in the organization and promotion of French political, economical, cultural events in Hong Kong and Macau

Organized the 6th World Chambers Congress, “Leading Sustainable Growth and Change”, a major international event attended by over 1,000 delegates from 105 countries, including chambers of commerce, business and government representatives

Assisted the Business Matching manager in the promotion of services to help global trade and promote Hong Kong as a platform for doing business with China and throughout Asia
