    increase by 2.5 fold for the division within 3 years.
    - Identified and resolved unnecessary vendor payments, resulting in saving more than $50,000 in annual expenses.
    - Successfully managed signature events and addressed crowd of over a hundred.
    - Facilitated seamless cutover to new computers and phone systems to improve team efficiency.
    - Implemented a new organizational profit sharing plan enhancing administrative procedures and decreasing annual
    costs.
