* CAB (and ECAB) management.
* Transversal leading of infrastructure teams.

* Follow-up and performance indicators definition.
I am also the backup of the infrastructure problem manager (in charge of the operational aspects):
* Problems identification.
* Follow-up of the identified problems.
* Check of interactions between problem management, change management and incident management.
I was, before, - always for UCB - in charge of:
* Computerized systems validation (regarding the European and US pharmaceutical regulation).
* IT quality system definition (procedure, infrastructure qualification…).
I was trained in computing sciences (network and system engineer – EPSI Arras, computing management diploma – IUT in Lens). I also have a degree in accounting and management of medium-sized companies.
On a more personal side, I married, have 2 children, and live in Hem, near Lille (North of France).
Employers: CVO CyberConseil (Lyon – France) until September 2007 following by People & Technology (Brussels – Belgium).
Function: senior quality consultant.
