I have been employed as Quality, Health & Safety and Environment Manager working as part of a team in the development of the company management systems. Gaining registration of ISO 9001-2000, 14001-2004 and 18001- 2007.
Very interested in my work, I want to expand my network of knowledge and experience.
Main Achievements :
Process Management:
- Development of processes and procedures and management of LA POST certification, ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001
Customers:
- Management of the Customer Satisfaction (Barometer - measurement of satisfaction)
- Supports, analysis and monitoring of customer complaints resulting in reducing customer complaints
Strategy & Management:
- Definition of the QHSE Policy
- Successful management of the QHSE team
- Participating in meetings to launch of new products and services
Environment Safety
- Develop Risk Analysis and the Program Management
- Management of the Risk Analysis, identifying actions to minimise the risks
- Analysis of accidents
- Liaison with all external Organisations on all aspects of QHSE
- Member of the Health & Safety Committee working in partnership with the doctor and work inspection.
Internal and external audit:
- Auditor QSE (Quality, Safety and Environment)
- Responsible for third-party supplier audits.
- Developing internal and external audits campaigns
Training:
- Development of a QSE interactive training program
- Training of all employees (over 300 employees) Training tailored to meet the requirements of specific jobs
Documention:
- Management of Corrective and Preventative Actions and non conformities identified within QHSE Management System
- Origination, Revision and Control of all Management and Quality Processes, Procedures and work instructions for the business, aligned with the legal requirements for each sector.
