66 contacts2006 - 2006As part of my degree I undertook a 8 week placement in 2006 in Spain with a small company called Monde GAÏA which has three activities:
- commerce of organic product,
- massages’ complex,
- and natural medicine’s consulting.
The owner wanted to know more about its company, the situation, the profitability, control… So I did a financial and strategic analysis of the company and according to the results I obtained we have built a system of control in order to arrange the situation.
I am in charge of the control of the firm for the two next years in order to readjust the previsions and adapt the system if it is necessary.
2005 - 2005Warehouseman, I was put in charge of
- preparing and organizing the goods,
- capturing goods receipts and issues,
- putting the goods in the department.
I used SAP and Maxima Manager as softwares.
2004 - 2004As part of my degree I undertook a 10 week placement with an accounting office in France called CFG in 2004.
I established the annual statement of the companies (balance sheet and profit and loss account).
I also elaborated a table in Excel which allows the company to make more simple system of control than before by simplifying and automating the procedure.
