I've acted as a system architect, administrator, developer and project manager for the last 10 years, using only Free Software based platforms.
I did missions in all type of companies, from the small and growing to the large and complex ones.
My first expertise was mostly designing, analyzing and optimizing IT infrastructure. From the auditing to the building of complex and highly available systems. This is what got me to know lead development of cloud platforms.
I also act as a software developer and hacker in the Free Software world. I've been able to participate and to run several projects, like Debian, OpenStack, the awesome window manager or even GNU Emacs.
This allowed me to gain more skills in various fields such as data structures and algorithms, and being able to contribute to various projects like OpenStack, Apache or Dovecot.
2006 - 2011- Project manager and system architect: audit, optimization, building of new infrastructure, in small to large companies. Technologies used around Web services (Apache, MySQL, PostgreSQL, PHP), mostly on Debian systems.
- Software engineering on Debian distribution. Created a couple of customized Debian derived distribution for customers.
- High available LAMP services based on cloud computing platform.
- Virtualization.
2005 - 2005Backbone network and system administration, scripting, NOC management.
