My way allowed me very early to work in the accompaniment of the individual by implying me in shares turned on the thematic multi-mediation (accommodation housing, excessive debt)
Then on the employment or the training with a real work of definition of project even if the problems related to the employment must be taken into account (accommodation, marital status, quality of life); the constraints of the market of the employment, but also the personal aspiration sometimes in sleep.
I was able to occupy the post of Guide to the employment (MINIMUM GUARANTEED INCOME,(ACTIVE SOLIDARITY REVENUE), RQTH);recommend in occupational integration then Consulting use what corresponds more has my initial formation in labor law allowing me to meet the needs effectively of companies in term of placement and of candidates (labor law)
I wish today to continue to develop the services returned to companies and to private persons temporarily of employment and to develop my my professionalism in consulting firms with European size to facilitate the appropriate network approach has this chap of activity.

2010 - 2010I exercise the functionof Coach with a wallet of 30 persons:
Young people between 15 and 26 years living in CUCS
(north Districts, city center)
I accompany them in the development of the autonomy, employability, and all which concerns the " knowledges to be " in particular by the knowledge of institutions and in a general way by implying(involving) them in a practicable professional project(s)in 6 months of the accompaniment.
The persons so followed perceive a stock exchange( of accompaniment which are not a gift but a punctual help to realize sell door-to-door to them. The public is often little qualified (not validated VOCATIONAL DIPLOMAS, few experiences) but I remain surprised because they have enormous human hidden qualities has they even and in the others behind a shell of destabilizing attitudes, real strategies of defence returning difficult the location and has term the recruitment.
