Payroll Activities :

More than 400 heads to manage, with several service level agreement targets including straight deadlines, error rate target, helpline shifts.
Main contact point with clients and partners in France (Finance and HR department, State organism.
Succesfully managed monthly, trimester and yearly payroll activities, SLA for my activities being green every month

HR activities :

- Integration of new starters : Successfully integrated many new starters ; updating procedures, coordination with other departments
- Team Effectiveness : Assessing and making sure the team works with the highest efficiency possible
- Business Continuity Plan : making sure that payroll activities can be ran in case of emergency event ; coordination with other department
- Control and self assessment : Conducted yearly control and self-assessment for the team which resulted in the improvement of processes

Other activities :

- Accounting : Liaising with accountant and local contacts providing all necessary documents ; successfully turned recurrent red SAL into permanent green by reducing the amount of undocumented accounts
- Payroll Security administration : responsible for the floor for Security administration ; giving computer access or removing access to adequate individuals in accordance with IBM security policies.
- Six Sigma yellow belt : Passed the yellow belt six Sigma Test and assisted in Six Sigma projects.

Bilingual Problem Resolution Level 2 Representative for EMEA market: outbound & inbound target driven calls and emails communication with clients

Areas of responsibility & achievements include:
• Promoting the American Express brand:
I sold features and benefits of the brand using probing questions and handling objections in a professional and friendly manner, convincing the customer to continue accepting Amex.

• Maximising client’s satisfaction (American Express):
I captured relevant information from the market and kept up to date the client.
I worked on tight deadlines and exceeded productivity, retention and cross sales targets

Led a project of an integration process for new employees as a HR assistant to the HR Director:

- Benchmarking: gathering data from several different firms (such as Total, Danone, Gemplus) through networking.
- Creation of the process: Presented the new tools in front of a ten-person audience, including HR Director and Managers. I also reported my work to the Southern France HR manager Association (ANDCP) on their demand.
- Set up: Creation of a graphic chart in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Training: Training of the administrators of each department about the new tools and procedures.
- Communication plan: Made propositions for an effective communication to sell these new tools as our client were being hostile to this project.

Recruitment:

- Helped the HR Director on recruiting a HR Manager with a recruiting agency. Assisted to interviews and tests.

16 months cumulated experience as Administrator:
- Phone contact with clients and partners
- Creation of statistics to get a better overview of our clients types
