Coming from an initial scholar background in International Trade and International Relations majoring in Strategy and Defence Policies, I have been involved in such activities since 2001 as an International Business Development Project Manager mainly structuring market approach, studies and analysis for firms wishing to develop and consolidate their business activities in Europe, Eastern and South-east Asian economies as well as in Middle-eastern and North American markets.
In 2006 I was tasked to the French Defence Attaché Office within the French Embassies in Thailand and the Philippines as an Assistant Defence Attaché (civilian status) in charge of handling Intelligence gathering and weapons procurement and exports supports for French DoD.
In 2008, after working within International Law and Arbitration practices in France, I was recruited by a French Private Military Company, as their Head of Maritime Security and African Project Coordinator (Somalia, DRC, Niger, Algeria, and Cameroun).
Then, benefiting form a structured and international network, I founded Aquarius Strategies (Independent Consulting firm ? freelance solutions) carrying out international business development tasks, contract negotiations, project management missions and intelligence acquisition services for mainly European, US and African structures.
