I realize for RENAULT in the Air System Diesel service:
- technical support about the air mass flow reckoning on diesel engine (Euro IV norms).
- development of the air mass flow reckoning on the diesel engine, that respect the Euro V norms.
- optimization, organization and implantation of oil soot ratio reckoning on diesel engine.
- development of air temperature reckoning front of the compressor.
The air mass flow reckoning should replace the air mass flow sensor, the oil soot reckoning increase the drain interval and the air temperature reckoning optimize the compressor protection.
Like freelance engineer, I am searching projects in Automotive (Car Racing or Industry) & Mechanic (Test, Design, Technical support). I adapt oneself quickly, can work at home or in your office.

Working by RENAULT technical center of Lardy (Paris, France):
- since June 2007 on the development of an air reckoning (ESTAIR) for diesel engine with a fixed geometry turbo-compressor (TGF).
- since January 2008 on the development of an oil soot ratio reckoning (TMC).
The objectives of ESTAIR are to replace the air mass flow sensor to realize an economy on the engine's factory price. It's an ECU integrated strategy that calculates the air mass flow functions of the external and thermodynamical conditions.
My points are:
- to extend the implantation of the strategy on the diesel engines with an TGF, which respect the Euro IV norms (technical support to the other services).
- to develop the ESTAIR on the diesel engine with TGF, which respect the Euro V norms (Inlet Throttle and Particle Filter).
The TMC is a reckoning of the engine oil dirtying to optimize drain interval.
My points are:
- optimization and validation of the existing TMC.
- organization and integration in the oil system control.
