Due to my previous experience I have enough skills and responsibility to implement big serious projects.

In charge of a course intitled "Trading on Energy Markets" at the University of Orleans for the year 2010/2011 and the current year (2011/2012).

Based in Paris within Mott MacDonald France Infrastructure Finance team, responsibilities include specialist technical input on contracts, financial model and payment mechanism, liaising/cooperation with the Sponsors and Lenders, projects commercial and technical risks analysis, etc.

I was acting as a lender's technical adviser in the following projects:

- French Ministry of defense (Balard)
- Nice & Bordeaux Olympic Stadium
- Energetic refurbishment of the University of St-Quentin-en-Yvelines
- Belgium Prisons (Charleroi, Beveren & Dendermonde)
- French Prisons "Lot 2 & 3"
And others minors projects.

My bachelor degree in public management at the Aix-Marseille University, my Master degree in Construction & Real Estate at the Euromed Business School and my first operational job in Facility Management field gave me an opportunity to discover and to understand how complex and interesting are the PFI/PPP projects.

Ensuring the optimal management of energy (mainly gas and electricity) purchases and contracts on behalf of Faceo’s customers:
• Managing purchase orders and sales trading on the European electricity markets (€7.5 m per year for Thales);
• Managing gas contracts from different suppliers (€4 m per year) for Thales;
• Involved in the Faceo’s procurement performance goals ;
General watch on:
• Energy derivatives markets;
• Regulation of the new energy devices that can affect energy prices , such as carbon tax or French Energy Economy Certificate process (CEE) .
Audits and optimisation:
• Audits of sites / implementation of action or remediation plans in order to integrate a sustainable development approach.
• Accounts: Thales, PPG AC, IMS Health
• Type of projects: offices building

Within the technical Direction (Management) and as part of a team dedicated to setting up on site the newly won FM contracts. Missions include:
• In charge of a site’s perimeter to implement Faceo’s FM activities in accordance with the specifications;
• Problem solving on operated sites;
• Main interface between Faceo’s managers and customers;
• Advisory on contracts optimisation for both Faceo’s and customer’s arrangements.

Involved in the following projects:
• Leisure: Petit Palais historical exhibition hall (Central Paris);
• Defense and Aeronautics: Nexter (ex-GIAT), EADS, Thales, Alstom;
• Bank: HSBC, Crédit Agricole Normandie.

• Setting up, implementation and follow up of commercial dash-boards in order to obtain statistical follow-up of the company’s activities;
• Implementation of a cost analysis tool to obtain cost ratio of real estate operations;

• Benchmarking on internal projects key figures.
