•Contract management (including claims management).

• Milestone set up and follow up of the investment project (Workshop superficies : 9 000 m2 in order to double the capacity of the plant, 20 000 K€)
• Technology transfer management from a French plant.
• Process improvement in supply chain, shopfloor organization, Information system and finance.
• Forging and casting supplier qualification.

• Quality surveillance following nuclear fabrication code (RCCM, ASME …) and ISO standarts.
• Regulatory surveillance (in the frame of the French order ESPN).
• Technical and regulatory assistance to suppliers.
Assessment mainly in Japan (15 months) and Italy (4 months).

• Contract management with travel industry (transportation and hotels).
• Event management (show, seminar …).
• Commercial website set up.
• Costumer/ prospect database management.

Management of logistic, sponsor and media relationship, for a racecar driver.
