Julien Thomas

I am working as a self-entrepreneur in IT (web 2.0, Computer Security) in Budapest, Hungary, since February 2011

In December 2011, I finished my PhD in Télécom Bretagne, Rennes, France. My thesis dealt with the security in Computer Sciencs and is detailled on my website http://thesis.julienthomas.eu

My research interests were of course the security in computer sciences but more precisely data protection and management. My research interests were thus cryptography and data management, formal methods (B Method) and other modeling tools (XML, JavaCC). I also studied advanced concepts such as SELinux or Trusted Computing (with TPM).

As I am engineer (INSA Rennes, France), my area of expertise
are programming, object oriented (Java, C++, C#) or not (C, scripts, PHP, ...), DBMS (for instance MySQL), Computer Architecture, ... During my studies, I also managed projects (up to 7 people) and thus relied on project management tools.
