Juliette Rosen

I am Project Manager of a SAP Business One implementation project in Singapore. I have been in charge of :
- analysing the requirements,
- coordinate the unit and live tests
- conduct the project to go-live
- organize the end-user training
- follow up on the evolutions and upgrades of the project.

On this project I have been working within a Singapourean team. I have been responsible of the whole project cycle, covering all functional domains (financial, logistics, etc.). I also lead the monthly steering committee of the project, with the participation of the French Headquarters.

I have been working 3 years as a consultant for Accenture. I assumed different jobs. Among them, I worked for two years for a French gas company, as CRM consultant.

I have been responsible for a 5-people team, leading different periods such as global design, detailed design, configuration, specific development follow-up, tests, user acceptance tests, preparation for go-live.

The project was using SAP CRM.
