2006 - 2007I’m working for the Back to School and Bags Department on the promotional operations. I am in charge of :
- Global turnover:
2 million of euros, for the Back to school commercial operations
1 million for the brand NETTO
- negociating with 20 suppliers
- setting processes of implementation in 1200 shops
- analysing the international risks of importation
- following up the supply chain
- being the interface between 2 subsidiaries NETTO and BRICOMARCHE.
2006 - 2006Sector: General services / IT-Telecom
I worked in a tense and challenging Purchase Direction which aim was to reduce costs and make savings. I had to be the interface between the clients, the supplier and the company, responding to all the demands. Beside the communication aspects in a multicultural environment – France/The Netherland- I assisted 2 Purchasers setting up sourcing, tenders, contracts and the implementation of projects.
2003 - 2005I worked for the Back to School Department and Toys Department through Asia, India and Poland.
I was in charge of :
-all the process of importation from the selection in the foreign country to the arrival of the product in the shops in France.
-the follow up of tenders and orders
-follow up of negociations
-Analyse the international risks
-the logistic follow up and the customs free.
-the relations with the inspection agencies and laboratories for confomity.
I worked with foreign merchandisers and also with suppliers from other countries as China, India, Poland, Mexique or else.
