2008 - 2009The Optimization Services branch of the ATG e-commerce platform, provides SaaS solutions that offer the online shopper a live interaction by call or chat to leverage the sales (Click To Call, Click To Chat, Call Tracking).
* Major part of the job consists in guiding clients during the product implementation phase to make the solution a success. Website analysis (SWOT and market trend), recommendations (design and settings), training and statistics follow-up are the day-to-day tasks to help clients increase their ROI.
* When the client is facing outage, the role is to identify the core problem to contact the concerned team with the relevant information to make the outage as shorter as possible. A proper communication will be done through the ticketing system to reassure the client and minimize the frustration.
* During the presales phase, for custom deployment, participate to the needs collection and elaborate the specifications document with the development team to assess the work load and make a proper quote.

2006 - 2008InfoproWorldwide Pvt. Ltd. is an IT Company specialized in websites and web applications development for the US and European markets.
* Recruited in 2006, at the beginning of the activity of the French market, to train and support the French partners.
* When the activity rocketed, moved to the project management team to handle projects all along their lifecycle.
* From August 2007, collaborate with the pre-sales team in designing adequate solutions and create proposals. Depending on the complexity of the requirements, provide the technical team with workflow definition, wireframe, complete scope document. In the same time, manage a team of two persons in charge of client support and project deliveries.
Projects samples:
* Real estate company website ( www.novemo.com ) - Helped the client to identify the right functionalities to implement on their website to captivate and develop their client's loyalty. Created the functional specifications and the wireframe with special attention to navigability and usability of the interface in order to optimize client experience. From those documents the project team implemented a prototype, which made this complex project much easier to manage. Once the prototype validated by the client, the development has been completed.
* Upgrade of a CRM tool to manage the dispatching of shows in theatres – Analyzed the interrelations between the different elements manipulated by the new system to implement (theatres, theatres managers and executives, shows, marketing actions). Studied the architecture of the old and the new system to prepare the migration. Created complete functional specification document and commented wireframe for the development team. At the end of the project, managed the migration of the client’s data into the new system.

2004 - 2006American Greetings Interactive is the multimedia branch of the American Greetings, one of the leaders in the greetings cards business. The core activity of the company was selling personalization solutions for mobile phones.
* Recruited to manage the Wap and SMS premium applications for major partners like MSN, Yahoo! or Lycos. In the same time, worked actively on answering to requests for proposals.
* Then, had the opportunity to take care of the functional conception, upgrade and promotion of the i-Mode sites of the company. To perform in this highly competitive sector, daily communications with the different media owners as well as a good marketing strategy were required.

* Special event Wap and i-Mode sites - Responsible of setting up and promote special events, using various marketing tools like banners, newsletters, blogs, and partnerships.
