Improved and debugged a psychometric evaluations software (simulation used during pilot's qualification), written in Python, PyGTK and PyGame.

Builded the central knowledge management system based on a CPS+ERP5 combo, in the context of institutional modernization:
• Identified system's requirements based on customer's functionnal needs;
• Evaluated the technical feasibility of the project;
• Constructed the multi-dimensional organization model (site, group, function, role, grade, ...);
• Defined the documents security policy (workflows, access rights, ...);
• Deployed the solution on the destination server.

• Trained a canadian free-lance consultant (in printing & publishing industry) to ERP5's concepts.
• Prototyped and designed Sarbanes-Oxley integration to the standard accounting workflow.

Assisted our accountant to close the 2005 fiscal year: updated and fixed automatic accounting calculation rules and report generation (general ledger, trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet, ...).

• Maintained several key componants of the ERP5's ecosystem (web publishing module, payroll module, accounting module, OpenOffice integration, company's internal ERP instance, linux live CD, RPM packages, ...).
• Represented Nexedi's interests at industrial conventions and conference keynotes (Ireland, Austria, France).

• Created the african subsidiary.
• Managed the day-to-day activities of the organization (accounting, book-keeping, project managment, training).
• Installed company's products (Desktop Linux Server, ERP5) in several local SMEs (consulting firms, web agencies).
• Travelled to several african countries to work on bigger projects (see other positions for details).

• Supported the Senegalese IT agency to customize the budget and payroll modules to comply with local laws and practices.
• Trained organization's software engineers to develop modules in ERP5 framework.
