I’m Methods and quality director, member of Expectra Executive Commitee 5RAndstad Group).
Within the framework of my position, I’m in charge of several key activities :
•Implementation and improvment of all certification processes included quality management system
•To improve operational processes (sales, recruitment, back-office, steering) :
•To identify/anticipate all organisational weaknesses/strenghts thanks to operational audits, figure analyses, follow up of key performance indicators (KPIs), database informations, Groupe Randstad France/legal requirements for rational decision making
•To provide potential organisational improvments with appropriate action plans to the Executive Commitee (ex : new operational processes , commission structure, personal growth model, new KPIs, management steering, training)
•To implement all taken strategical decisions from Executive Commitee within teamwork or others.
•To measure actions efficiency regarding defined targets
•To actively participate to different business issues :
•Human resources (new standard skills, training plan, commission structure)
•Marketing (direct marketing, databases analyses for marketing operations,crucial business development)
•Financial (analyse of financial statement regarding consultant performances,personal growth model)
•To be the key interlocutor for main Randstad Groupe departments : IT, back-office, legal
•To support with quality tools and methods all Expectra agencies network
