I'm currently the Recruitment Leader at Pentalog Vietnam which is one of the youngest branch of Pentalog, a group of French, German, Romanian, Moldovan, Ukrainian and Vietnamese IT engineering companies (software development, consulting, BPO, etc.).

For a company specializing in outsourcing, especially in offshore outsourcing, the human resource is the most important factor. With the advantages of high-qualified employees and low cost, Vietnam has been one of the most interesting destinations for the international groups in all over the world. Having good consciousness of these things, Pentalog Vietnam highly concentrates on looking for, creating and training the best teams to provide the high-quality services with the lowest price to the customers.

Being one of the first members of Pentalog Vietnam, I know exactly how difficult to find a good and suitable employee. And of course, it's more difficult to creat a team, a perfect team with the perfect members. And now, we got it and I feel exactly the happiness when we achieve it. We are on the way to find, to creat and to train more and more team, because we are here for our customers.

I'm very happy to be one of the first members of Pentalog Vietnam which is growing up to 100 employees at the end of 2011. We are young and ambitious, we are always willing to face the challenges and together, we will achieve more!
