• Responsible for managing, developing and producing United Perfume’s licensed brands, along with client consulting and product development projects within time and budget
• Driving the strategy of the company’s licensed brands in conjunction with the owners and ensuring that all financial targets including sales, profit and margin are met or exceed
• Creating and implementing sales reporting tools to help the analysis of sales performance and range review to predict sales and production forecast to maximise sales potential
• Responsible for the sample approval process, ensuring samples meet commercial appeal, quality, testing and packaging requirements
• Accountable for all correspondence with the vendors including cost price negotiation
2010 - 2011• Responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy, managing the budget and forecast for the Gift with Purchase Programs and Elizabeth Arden fragrance brands
• Creating and delivering an exciting consumer brand experience whilst enhancing brand awareness right through from ATL activities to the point of purchase, and liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal execution
• Managing and overseeing the critical path for the fragrance launches and Gift with Purchase Programs with the supply chain and merchandising teams to ensure successful launch
• Liaising with US and European colleagues, along with the UK Visual Mechanising team to create exciting brand promotional tools, and all product are displayed accordingly to maximise sales and space efficiencies
• Monitoring and analysing product performance and competition and reporting findings
2010 - 2010• Working with Karen Alder (Makeup Artist) on the creation of her makeup brand
• Being responsible for developing the business plan. This included market research and analysis; as well as researching the most suitable manufacturers and packaging suppliers
• Raising awareness for Karen Alder and her team through PR activities and the creation social media (blogs, facebook, twitter and LinkedIn) for Karen Alder and K Management.
• Liaising with beauty journalists to feature Karen in beauty articles and editorials
• Achievements: Through successful PR and social networking activities, unique visitor traffic to the Karen Alder website increased by 300% in 5 months
2009 - 2010• Commissioning and overseeing the timely delivery of product developments and sales tools from creative brief, through the creative and production process, to manufacture
• Preparing accurate critical paths and budget planning to maximise profitability
• Ensuring deadlines by liaising efficiently with internal teams and external suppliers
• Providing briefs for all projects to designers and developing compelling POS materials with internal teams to build brand presence, increase consumer awareness and brand loyalty
• Achievements: Contributed to 7 successful new product launches, re-packaging of the Rodial range and the development of the SPA line and NIP+FAB diffusion line; saving 30-50% on product costs whilst improving quality
2008 - 2009• Liaising with design agencies, cosmetic brands, fillers, logistics and suppliers, and ensuring projects deadlines were met. Clients included Cowshed, Molton Brown, Coty

• Planning and developing the Promotions unit’s procedures manual to provide standardised guidelines to efficiently and effectively increase the unit’s performance

• Developing and implementing the event’s marketing-communication plan and actions
• Handling on-line PR activity, including posting on forums and other social media
Achievements: Successfully secured partnerships by building contacts and liaising with diverse organisations and media, such as the radio and internet, to assist with the free publicity of the event, the latter raising over £4000 for the charity
