--> Benefits achieved : the Warranty Fraud Detection System provided 250 000 Euros monthly savings, in Europe. It enhanced a rethinking of warranty management policy, increased audit efficiency, created extra added value with records for future warranty follow-up
Responsible for the Warranty Costs Reporting Tool (Hyperion Analyzer) :
- organised deployment, initiated tool evolutions & monitoring, close coordination with the IT team
- trained & provided support, to 16 European teams in English & in French, to central Cost Control Departments & Warranty Department & strategic managers
Mentor for a Warranty Dealerships Segmentation Trainee's project :
- spearheaded the training project, managed the trainee
- monitored the statistical analysis & results communication
Responsible for development, implementation, of Loyalty and Acquisition to Renault Scorings, in order to increase efficiency of France mailings
Internship with mission to design a Customers' Segmentation, previously non-existant
Internship with mission to design a Scoring on energy total consumption, in order to provide guidelines & incentives for energy savings
