2008 - 2008I am currently performing my six-months internship in the Invest in France Agency. The company owned and managed by the French government, is in charge of promoting Foreign Direct Investment.
I am in charge of monitoring economic news. My main objective is to identify companies which could potentially invest in France to generate leads.
I am specialised in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.
As part of my studies, I am currently writing a report regarding news monitoring, foreign direct investment and marketing for countries/regions (in French marketing territorial).
2007 - 2008I am performing a bilingual (French and English) monitoring on innovation in retail financial services (credit, banking, insurance, savings).
I am using a Netvibes platform ( http://www.netvibes.com ) .
5 articles are written every week regarding new and innovative products in retail finance.

This project is not part of my studies, I have been recruited on my analysis, monitoring and English skills.
2007 - 2007I was in charge of providing day-to-day systems support of all Opera and related products to Micros Fidelio abroad French customer base.
I had to :
- perform diagnosis on both hardware and software issues that customers may encounter;
- Implement solution and resolve issues to our customers satisfaction;
- Determine priority calls and constantly action each priority wit all third party vendors;
- Action escalations requests from management and proactively encourage response from other team members;
- Where necessary, escalate problems to other teams within the group;
- Work as a pro-active member of a busy team.
2006 - 2006I have been working in TESCO Ireland during my studies as a sales assistant. I was packing food (fresh products) and I had to provide customers advices on products and day-to-day satisfaction.
A hard but very useful experience!
