2007 - 2008Both under the French and the Namibian supervision, the FNCC has a mission of promoting culture to the Namibian population, to help Namibian artists develop and show abroad, and to finance Namibian institutions in their cultural activities.
As the secretary general, I managed different aspects of the centre: the budget and finances, the team and human resources, the equipment and the providers, and the supervision of the whole centre's activity.
During the absence of the director on maternity leave, I assured her replacement as well, which means I took care of the relationship with the French Embassy, with the members of the Board of Trustees, and the Public Relation aspects of the centre.
2006 - 2006I assisted the HRD in all her tasks: recruitment, salaries, training, labour law...
2004 - 2004I conducted a qualitative and quantitative survey on the two previous years' recruitment to identify where the process was upgradeable.
I then designed tools to help managers improve on their recruitment skills and identify the right candidates easier.
