People Centric is a web-based Human Resources agency, specialized in recruitment in the IT field. In spite of the present economical context, and the lack of IT human resources, our team has managed to attain an evolution in the number of recruited candidates, going from 100 in 2007, to more than 180 in 2008. The ascendant tendency was preserved for 2009, so that People Centric has already reached 90 recruitments in the first semester of this year. This proves that our activity is based on a verified and competitive business process. The research we’ve done allows us to estimate a recruitment capacity of over 500 IT candidates per year.

This project comprises all the business processes that have been developed in the last few years, around the services delivered by our web-based recruitment company. We are talking, therefore, about a productive business process, at a low cost, that includes managing our data bases, our testing platform and an IT recruitment specialized call center.

People Centric is capable of meeting the IT market demands and necessities fast and for tailor-made prices. We accomplish that by delivering "Hot Profiles" – interesting and available candidatures. The concept is possible thanks to the Web 2.0 technologies combined with a push approach pursued by our operators and consultants.
