I have extensive consumer marketing experience both on the service and client side with valuable brands in various industry segments in North America, Australia, Europe and Asia.
In June 2008, I joined Satyam as a Sales & Marketing Principal Consultant as part of the Manufacturing Enterprise Solution Group. My main responsibilities within the Sales & Aftermarket Domain are to develop and provide domain and functional expertise, insight and best practices frameworks in E-Marketing, B2C and CRM Operations, enabling customers to define a future vision and maximizing their return on investments.
I joined Satyam from Nissan's headquarter in Tokyo, where I was responsible during three years for providing strategic direction and leadership, governance framework, subject matter expertise, asset deployment/repurposing and global economic investment for the Nissan and Infiniti brands in the area of Interactive Marketing (B2C). Prior to this I spent four years at Nissan European Headquarter in Paris where I was in charge of B2C Internet operations across 30 European countries, leading digital marketing, branding and acquisition strategies.
Prior to Nissan, I spent time in NY, Sydney and London on the agency side where I held client services positions for five years at two major global agency networks: Wunderman Cato Johnson and Bates. I managed brand, retention and acquisition campaigns both in the direct marketing and interactive world.
I hold a Communication & Advertising degree, which I obtained in France after having completed my one-year National Service.
I enjoy the outdoors, sports in general and I am a passionate horse rider. I love travelling and insist on going somewhere new at least once a year. I've also developed a recent interest in photography.
