Design and implementation of a Qlikview application to answer needs of legal and social metrics for the company (200+ metrics).
Team work with user project leader, supervision of application design and development (2 IT developpers).

[2007-2009] CRM Metrics - Global
Design of Global CRM Data Warehouse (multiple Siebel data sources).
Lead Qlikview application design (animation of workshops), development (Offshore) and deploymentsover the world.
Implementation in parallel of an application measuring data quality.
Introduction of dashboards pushed to sales reps (1000+) in Europe, via BOXI R3 report bursting.

[2006-2007] Distribution Center Datamart - France
Lead review of datamart to follow European Distribution Center KPIs.
Gather needs, design universe (BO 5) and supervise developments (1 developper). Implement data transferts (Oracle to SQL Server).

IT application owner for the European solution to manage bids and special prices :
Release management (animation of workshops, priorisation sessions) and deployment planning. Teamwork with user application owner and local users.
Management of offshore ressources (India) for developments (J2EE - Websphere).
Supervision of application support with dedicated IT teams (network, service).

* Customer Profitability Measurement - Europe
Design of a Qlikview application measuring Customer Profitability. Manage developments (1 developper), deployment over Europe

* User support management - France
BI Application support to users located in France, in team with 2 students.

* Change Request Process optimization - Europe
As a 6 Sigma Green Belt, review and improvement of change request management processes. Provided enhanced tools to collect and priorize change requests.

Support Customer Service and Contact Center

* Implementation of Computer Telephony Integration for customer service (80 positions)
Lead project to interface PABX and Saga Netcentrex CTI with Siebel and internal order management system

* Implement tele-sales process based on Siebel Campaign management module for Customer Service (5 departments) through Six Sigma methodology

* Support Customer Contact Center on corporate solutions : Primus iView, Siebel CRM, Saga Netcentrex
