Dual education : engineer background and 12 years with operations management (development, project management, team leader, department manager, activity manager within bank & finance sector), and business manager through an international experience first within Atos Worldline and now within Atos corporate structure. Skills have been enhanced thanks to an Executive MBA course in EM Lyon, just finished.

Russian speaking & reading - regular stays in Kiev (2-3 weeks per year)
German speaking, not at a business level but able to sociabilize before switching into English.
After the merger with Atos Origin and Siemens IS, a Service Line has been created to embed :
- Atos Worldline,
- Atos Worldgrid,
- BPO in UK,
- Hi-Tech Transactional Services (HTTS) in 8 different geographic areas (HTTS Countries).
Within this service line I'm now in charge, for operations control and for business development, of 4 areas: Germany, Iberia (Spain+Portugal), North America and Latin America. The concerned activities are Worldline like activities (multi channel community services, payment services, financial market services), and also activities coming from Siemens IS, such as fare collection services or civil & national security services.
In the corporate structure, I report to the head of HTTS countries, and I manage the relationship with the 4 local country managers, corresponding to a turnover of roughly 180M€. I play a role both for business development and for operational effectiveness. My objectives are revenue, margin, and order entry for the concerned countries.
Operations & Bid Management Support for International Development of Atos Worldline's activities through the Atos Origin local subsidiaries.
The transversal support team, part of Business Marketing & Strategy team, is in charge of making real the objective of internationalization of Wordline's activities. Our role is to help the local entities to promote and sell our offers and services, but also to promote our business model. Moreover, we are involved in the governance aspects of targeted projects. After having had this role within bank & finance business unit, I entered the global support team beginning 2010.
Target geographies are Europe, US, and Asia Pacific.
