Sales support for Treasury Services department.
The department covers Cash Management, Liquidity, Global Trade Services and Commercial Card.

Business Lines covered: Treasury Services, Private Banking, Investment Banking Loan, Investment Banking Markets and Support Functions.

Missions:
- In charge of a risk review on Markets activities, I set up systems flowcharts; I control trades processes and income attribution.
- On a permanent basis I realize spot audits on TS/PB/IB operations in accordance with French Regulatory requirements (97-02, Basel 2) and corporate policies. Implement additional controls to reference existing ones.
- In charge of an IT project, I implement a central repository of operational procedures (Lotus database) and ensure administration of this database in relation with UK & India.
- I create a regulatory Monitoring program on the Treasury Services activity.
- I develop extensive relations with Operations and Paris Control team.

Transfesa is a Railroad Transport Company,located in Madrid, Spain. Their clients are all most of bigest car manufacturers (Ford, Renault, PSA, etc).

Mission:
I perform a report on the profitability of a product segment, cost studies, gap analysis and advices.

Missions:
- I ensure that subsidiary processes respect the Ford corporate policies, realize additional procedures, set up a procedures book, and report to Management and advice.
- I set the Business Contingency Plan up for MSXi.
