The Casablanca LPJ edition is a French online newspaper targeting French expatriates. Since it's inception I have been responsible for online advertising and campaigns. We quickly became known and viewership jumped to 7,000 expatriates within 3 months. Helped to plan and implement advertising for companies according to their needs and budget through out our media support whether a small online store or Fortune 100 Company. Consolidated partnerships with strategic partners. Created practical and local news column. To celebrate the success of our LPJ newspaper in Casablanca, I've organized and coordinated sponsorship for a memorable cultural event at the “Phare El Hank”, highlighted by a rare tour of the historic lighthouse and traditional couscous Friday lunch at Rest. La Sqala.
2005 - 2006Managed a family consultancy business helping foreign companies such as Flowers International, Mavi Cosmetics and Felicitas AG start up business in Morocco and help them develop their business.
Procomint also specialized private International Trade Negotiations. Facilitating the relationship between BUYERS and SELLERS in the following areas: CEMENT and construction materials & projects; PETROLEUM PRODUCTS, FOOD PRODUCTS.
My responsibilities for one year were to reorganize the company. The goal set was to improve the structure, performance and professionalism.
I was in charge of operations, liaison work and co-ordination with external companies. I took care of entire recruitment and selection process. Managed a team of seven people as well as office follow-up and business projects. Developed and updated the operations manuals and procedures in order to ensure the accuracy and timing of the output and to update Management of exact and current information at all times.
