Within Volvo Construction Equipment Global Marketing Communications, I belong to the 'Production' department, where all main marketing media are being created.
I work closely with the Product Specialists, Product Trainers, 'Soft offer' and Attachments teams to ensure relevancy and consistency throughout the marketing media.

2008 - 2008Project Leader for Organizational Management Improvements between the Compact Equipment product line (All Volvo Construction Compact products) and the Region International (Entity managing the business relationships with the dealers).
Project is focusing on processes Market Launch / Sales to Order - Order to Delivery / Delivery to Repurchase - Market Support.
Aim is to conduct a high-level "internal audit", to spot-out and drive process improvements.
