- Choose and deployment of Open Source ERP 5 for the internal use in the company

Nexian Corp is an Information Technology Consulting company.
Providing services and advices to the clients in Shanghai.

The main purposes of the company are Information Systems, such as ERP, Supply Chain Management.

My position, as an IT Consultant, is to ensure the good choices concerning the Information Systems choices considering the company's needs.
My position also require a technology survey work.

Galderma is a joint venture between L'Oréal and Nestlé. The business of Galderma is to develop and sell products for skin diseases.

My position during this internship was to set up a strong panel of Dashboard for the production service of the company.

Using "eTemptation" as a "entrance point" for data, I had to understand how the data are saved in both company's ERP and MES.
Then, using Microsoft Performance Point 2007 and the Share-Point 2007, I had to deploy those dashboard for every responsible in the company.

The point is that I had to prepare interviews with people in needs of those dashboard.
The other point was to design and create a meta-model of "What is a dashboard" , and how to feed it ?

For this, I have studied the Norton and Kaplan's book "Measuring Performance in the Organization of the Future" which have as a theme the "Balanced Scorecard"

This internship was a true opportunity for me to change of context after three years in the same company, and it made me able to see others aspects in a IT service.

Moreover, I have discovered and applied lot of theory in Business Intelligence.
