While remaining strictly industrial we consider ourselves to be a technical platform for all types of innovation relating to the tablet format. “All you need is tab” is the expression that encompasses our “raison d’être”. Since the beginning of our activity on 1957 we have based our strategy and development on the tablet concept which has proved and continues to prove itself as a key element for sustainable development in numerous market sectors such as Detergent, Food and Beverage, water treatment, DIY, paint, humidity absorbers, fertilizers, plant foods, industrial additives...). The tablet format enables the end consumer to use the right amount of product while providing logistical savings as well as lower levels of energy and water consumption. In addition the tablet format, perfectly adapted to Fast Moving Consumer Goods, allows you to develop a strong innovative marketing message.

Our Group has three core competences, making us unique in the powder compression domain:

- Eurotab Innovation: full focus on tablet shapes innovation in various fields, thanks to a Tabletting Expertise Center designed for product development and industrialization, and thanks to unique tools (Instrumented lab press for compression cycle screening, multi compression cycle rotary pilot)
- Eurotab Technologies: Designs and manufactures high speed rotary presses for powder compression in varied business sectors
- Eurotab Operations: Manufacturing and distribution of tablets, mainly for detergent & disinfection businesses.
These key competences have allowed us to launch numerous innovations such as 1st Bleach Tablet in 1985, 1st Dishwasher tablets in 1988, 1st Rotary press for triple layer tablet manufacturing, 1st laundry softener tablets in 2003 , Rotary Press for swimming pool tablet manufacturing in 2004, Water treatment tablets in 2005, 1st Ecolabel tablet in 2006, 1st Rotary press for manufacturing five layer tablets in 2007, 1st Roast and ground coffee tablet in 2009, 1st Rotary press for natural component and elastic component compression
All these innovations are backed up by an impressive number of patents and scientific publications

We invest some 7% of our consolidated turnover in R&D with a fraction being invested in fundamental research in partnership with leading universities. In addition the group has recently invested 2 M€ in its Tabletting Expertise Center, unique in its conception, which allows customers and partners to test their powder compression concepts and so, to reduce time to market.
