1. Customer Knowledge Project Manager Orange France (Marketing France BU) (5 months)
-> Participation in the development of a new repository Orange France / France Telecom
-> Quality monitoring to ensure the completeness of Clients / Homes in the new repository:
*** Qualification data in the database client (formalization of scripts for SQL queries, PivotTables in Excel, ...)
*** Definition of indicators of quality control
*** Proposed action plans for improving relationships based on the indicators of representativeness and quality of Customers / Homes
*** Setting up of a specific survey to better assess the Vision of the Customer and of the Home (Study of need, specification, ...)
-> Worked with the MOA and the MOE specialist on the subject, analytical and operational CRM
-> Used a data analysis software named Oracle 10g SQL (TOAD for Oracle v8.6), Business Object, Access
2. Community and Interpersonal Communication Project Manager at SFR (Products and Services Development BU) (6 months)
-> Managed a portfolio of 6 projects in conjunction with innovative marketing SFR,
-> Defined a roadmap for the design activities of the center of Demand Management New Business, Innovation and Partnership, which defines both the goal of each project and its deadline,
-> Identification of 6 to 8 innovation subjects,
-> For each project, delivery according to the roadmap defined in accordance with the criteria of cost and QoS management validated by SFR,
-> Working with MOA teams and all technique teams of SFR.
3. Consultant Marketing study M6 Mobile (1 month)
-> Participated in the formalization of a global benchmark in the 12-25 years mobile market:
*** Analysis of the global mobile market (target)
*** Country Analysis (penetration, ARPU, practices & services, network, ...)
*** Operator analysis (supply tariff and pricing policy)
-> Team of 4 persons
4. Convergent Objects Project Manager at SFR (Access Services and Convergent Objects BU) (currently in post)
-> Coordinator and establishment of a internal and external pilot (panel of 100 persons),
