In charge of french operations for Valtimet SAS.
I am managing the 'Les Laumes' plant (France - Burgundy).
Our customers are mainly nuclear and conventional power plants worldwide. We are also providing solutions to desalination plants.

2008: project leader in charge of an employee shareholding plan.

Since 2009: in charge of following the activities of one division (1000 people, Net sales: € 1100 Millions), promoting the continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and checking the consistency and the profitability of the investments, in line with Vallourec’s strategy.
Also involved in several M&A projects.

In charge of industrialising the Peugeot 207 in three factories (Poissy – France, Madrid – Spain, Trnava – Slovakia).
Responsible for maintaining the best level of quality and cost for smallest cars (platform 1: 207, C2, C3, C3 Pluriel, 1007) in four factories (Poissy, Aulnay, Madrid and Trnava).
I managed a team of nearly 100 engineers and technicians in 3 countries.

In charge of introducing new methods to increase factory productivity and efficiency by reducing the costs and the lead time in the process of car manufacturing. I managed a team of 20 engineers and technicians in charge of designing process and training operational teams in all the factories (France, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Argentina).

Responsible for launching a new organisation for cross-functional teams in the conception, industrialisation and purchase division (more than 15000 employees).
I managed a team of 8 engineers and technicians.

Company involved in studies and calculations in underground construction, dam construction and ground improvment.
As a R&D engineer, I was in charge of managing projects: to answer invitations to tenders, to define the technical process and to provide solutions to the customers.

Soletanche-Bachy is a leader in underground constructions, ground improvement, special foundations, deep foundations and drilling.
During those 8 months, I was in charge of improving a device used for drillings and programming of the software controlling the mud for drilling.
