I'm a freelance consultant specialized in accompanying end-users and/or investors as delegated executive in the development of industrial properties, more particularly of factories, warehousing and offices.
My expertise covers each step of the facility development process : from selecting the location, identifying land and site opportunities, creating the development schemes, conducting the studies for choising the appropiated financing mode (rent or buy), introducing, in case of, a range of off-balance financing solutions, to the delivery of the facility. The process shall be extended to marketing to corporate users.
I make my expertise available both in France and Europe and more particularly in the countries and markets of Central and Eastern Europe which have been the venue for a wide range of direct experience in property development : Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Romania…
My Clients are either industrial end-users or investors in corporate real estate who wish to carry out new industrial, logistic or offices facility developments in Europe.
