Lucie Bolzec

After a preparatory class at L'Ecole De Design Nantes Atlantiques, where I learnt design's basics (drawing, rough, computer graphics, in product, packaging, interior, graphics and multimedia fields), I integrated the BA course of product design in apprenticeship proposed at the school. The first year, I worked as an aprentice designer in a company which design and produce living room furniture, Ernest Ménard. The second year, I joined the Europlastiques company, which design and produce pieces in plastic injection, especially bound for food industry packaging.
The aprenticeship course gave me the opportunity to become familiar with the professional world and in the same time, I gained the necessary abilities and knowledge to be a designer.
After having obtained my diploma, I decided to go on a MA course in the same school, joining an international class, which welcome foreigners students who come to discover the french design. I also created my own company as a poduct and graphic designer in freelance. After this year, I left 5 months in Asia, including 3 months in Shanghai as a trainee in a design agency, Mooma Design, wich is specialised in publishing furniture.These two years were really rich in discoveries and experiences, in a professional, cultural or human way. When coming back in France, I intend to continue my course and at end, to present myself for a dual diploma : a professional MA diploma " business management " specialised in " innovation projects ", in partnership with the IAE of Nantes and the Design diploma given by the school.
