Within the scope of the missions performed at Airbus, I had the opportunity to get onto several organizational consulting aspects :
- eNDP project :
Project management and Business Process study: reporting to top management, KPI definition (Key Performance Indicators), production planning management, business process definition and analysis.
The eNDP project (New Design Plateau) aims to rationalize French and German electric processes within the scope of the A380 programme.
- Cabin Procurement mission :
Business Process identification and modelling for the Cabin Procurement department (multicultural environment).
Integration of results for setting up projects in the scope of Power8 reorganization plan.
- ARP project :
Business Process identification for the ARP project (Airbus Resource Planning: development of a single ERP within Airbus).
