In charge of the Digital Advertising Media for the JV with JCDecaux:
- Shanghai airports (Hongqiao and Pudong) for SAMDecaux
- Beijing Metro: JCD Line 4 and Top Result (Line 1, 2, 5 and 10)
- Technical support for others projets: Shanghai Metro for STDecaux and Nanjing Metro
My tasks: management of projects before installation, technical support during installation, management of the Operations and Maintenance Process after installation.
