Tomorrow's employees are all "children's web". Managing with participative tools becomes a reality for many companies. Internal communication has to take advantage of current technological evolutions and of this new generation arrival to restructure the knowledge and information sharing.
Enriched by various experiences on these domains, I capitalize on my skills and knowledge to develop and insure the success of 2.0 projects.
Moreover, through a research monograph, I studied the enterprise 2.0 emergence and how to conduct and to manage the change.

- Work on the 2008-2009 internal communication plan. I wrote a recommendations document and then drove the first actions of this plan.

Intranet contents analysis/listing, animation of different expression groups, new arborescence construction, interface between the technical integrator and the Internal communication department, proposition of an editorial schedule.
