My areas of expertise are mainly on mechanics (design, industrialization, methods ...).
I also have project skills (project management, studies of projects before ...).
My focus areas are: industry, energy and environment, and project management.

2010 - 2010I worked at Siemens T&D which is a multinational company which sells High Voltage products. The company uses a gas in its products SF6. I was a Project Manager (environmental project): Sulphur hexafluoride management: The aim of my project was to reduce the emission of this greenhouse gas effect. Its environmental effect is 23 000 times more than carbon dioxide.
The project had several axes:
• Quantify losses of SF6
• Follow up the losses (develop indicators)
• Invest in performance tools (equipments)
• Train people to the new processes.
• Communicate internally and externally
It was a very transverse project, all the company was implied on this, because this gas is inside all the products we sold.
My project had a technical part with needs and functional analysis, writing specifications, process…
I implemented new products, the maintenance...
For this I had to cooperate with many people, to recover the needs.
I also was the technical link for keeping in touch with the suppliers.
