MARC FISCHER

Born in 1951 in Strasbourg France, Marc Fischer graduated in journalism. He then became a recognised international expert in the areas of communication, education and facilitation.

With more than 25 years of international management experience, from which 10 years as European Training & Education manager at Mars, Incorporated, he is helping international companies establish their global organisations in developing global management, leadership and multi-cultural team building programmes.

He created the concept of Holistic Management© that proposes a global approach to individual development, including the intellectual, emotional and physical dimensions, whilst drawing its practices from the observation of the principles and laws of Nature.

He is also the founder of the Dolphin Network International© which groups together individuals dedicated to helping others grow in their life.

Marc is invited by international organisations to speak about his concept of Holism, Authenticity and Credibility in Leadership.

Today, and after numerous journeys around the world, Marc is convinced that training and education is the key to sustainable, profitable and harmonious growth for individuals and human organisations. His future projects will lead him to create a non-governmental organisation of trainers and facilitators to help, where ever it is needed, in the areas of development and self-fulfilment.

Marc lives in Strasbourg, France. He has three grownup children and two grandsons. His main passions, after his professional occupation, are large open spaces and sea in particular. He is also a confirmed navigator.
