After my two degrees - Computer Engeering & Business school -, and for over 11 years I developped a significant experience in four major fields: Marketing, Profit Center Management, Sales & Negociations, and Management.
During the past 8 years, I worked for Sony Europe.
I was in charge of defining the sales strategies for both "Direct" and "Indirect" distribution channels, and coordinate their implementation throughout Europe. This new channel approach helped increase the T/O and gross profit by over 11% in 2004.
I managed a team of 26 in direct report, as well as an additionnal 45 who were functionally attached.
In my previous assignment within the same group, I had responsibility for the European product marketing strategy. My thorough management of expenses, combined with a dynamic communication policy, lead to a net profit increase of over 1% over the first year.
Previously, I was head of a marketing team in charge of both strategic and tactical missions.
I am now looking for an opportunity to combine these expertises as Sales & Marketing Director or Business Unit Manager. Ideally in a High-Tech international environment.
