- Almaty Kazakhstan - Managed staff of 450 - 100 Mio € Sales.
Groupe Lactalis is the world's 2nd largest dairy processor and the world's largest cheese producer and marketer.
Responsible for all aspects of P&L, finance, logistics, marketing and sales.
Identified under-performing Distributors, devised replacement strategies and candidates, implemented handovers.
Trained developped and led the regional sales team.
Completed monthly analysis and presented reports to corporate anagement.

Director International Key Accounts. January 2003- February 2006. Lyon, France.

Implementation of an European Union directive for a licensing agreement (Moulinex brand) in 9 countries: Germany, Benelux, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Austria, Greece. Coordinated product development, accuracy of the brand identity guidelines and developed profitability.
Successful Objectives: developed sales and profit through the royalty program and attained 20 € budget. Current result over expectations by 2%.

General Manager, Middle East. April 1999 – January 2002. Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Defined and successfully attained regional sales targets and margin policies.
Created Regional Business plans for 8 countries and presented to senior management.
Decided local product mix and implemented 10 product launches yearly across the region.
Guided advertising agencies with corporate brand policies. Allocation of € 1.6 million in ATL media buying and creation and development of BTL activities.

Iran: Director of Iran SEB, a Joint Venture between Group SEB and a local Iranian partner.
Successfully implemented controlling procedures of the management committee, increased gross margin by 12 % in 3 years, and appointed of a new general manager.

India: Re-organized the distribution system in order to bring the operation back to profitability.

Successful Achievements: Annual turnover of € 100 million. Reduced bad debt to 4%.
Achieved market leadership in Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Russia. Saved up to € 75,000. per year by merging two sales forces.
