Groupe Lactalis is the world's 2nd largest dairy processor and the world's largest cheese producer and marketer.

Identified under-performing Distributors, devised replacement strategies and candidates, implemented handovers.

Implementation of an European Union directive for a licensing agreement (Moulinex brand) in 9 countries: Germany, Benelux, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Austria, Greece. Coordinated product development, accuracy of the brand identity guidelines and developed profitability.
Successful Objectives: developed sales and profit through the royalty program and attained 20 € budget. Current result over expectations by 2%.

Defined and successfully attained regional sales targets and margin policies.
Created Regional Business plans for 8 countries and presented to senior management.
Decided local product mix and implemented 10 product launches yearly across the region.
Guided advertising agencies with corporate brand policies. Allocation of € 1.6 million in ATL media buying and creation and development of BTL activities.
Iran: Director of Iran SEB, a Joint Venture between Group SEB and a local Iranian partner.
