- Sectorial dialogue: participate and provide technical support to the education working group; Prepare working documents and monitoring of the meetings; represent UNESCO at the local group of donors;

- Develop and implement a communication strategy to raise awareness on human rights violations at the international and national level;
- Support unit and programmes for outreach activities and coordination of communication activities;

- develop media events, Web contents writing, fact sheets and press briefing; • - Design, raise funds, select partners to held 2 workshops for journalists in South and North Kivus on coverage of trials of sexual violence
- Launched a national media contest on human rights issues;
- Development of radio micro-programs and awareness material on human rights issues

- Develop and implement a communication strategy to create awareness about HIV/AIDS
- Coordinated and edited the annual Special Magazine on HIV/AIDS, published both in French and English in 15,000 copies and distributed within the mission ;
- Created an Intranet web site and update contents in various languages;
- Update the MONUC’s portal for the HIV/AIDS section ;
- Ensure activities coverage on HIV and coordination of weekly radio programmes on a national radio
- Coordinator of the World AIDS Day 2009 for the UNS

INGO on Communication for Social Change. Produces radio programs and builds capacities at the community level on Youth and Gender issues, Peace building and Democracy strengthening.

- Project management, Reporting and Implementation, including projects evaluation
- Resources mobilization, projects development and negotiations with donors
- Field visits to projects and outreach partners to monitor and evaluate activities on HIV&AIDS, gender
issues and Peace building.
