Currently I am working Orange Business Services - Trading Solutions. It is a leading provider of convergent voice and electronic trading infrastructure and services for the trading communities.

Orange Business Services Trading solutions launched a new global line of services called Trading Community Services (TCS) to develop connectivity solutions for the buy-side, sell-side, liquidity pools, clearing houses...
As the TCS Product Manager my role is to analyze, develop and implement new products for our 14 subsidiaries worldwide.
Specifically I set up and manage the line products by developing them (financial model, sales terms & conditions, pricing & costing, competitive analysis, sales and technical support) and translate it into the R&D roadmap (test & production programs).
I also elaborate the communication strategy and provide all the trainings of the product to the sales team globally.
Objective: Marketing and Communication worldwide for the Company. Responsible for branding the company by developing cost-effective means of publicizing our products and technology capabilities to influence customers to choose our products.
I provide a broad range of Marketing and Communications support to the Organization and coordinate, develop and produce collateral materials such as print materials, advertising, presentations, exhibits, web content and project profiles.
Specifically I:
- Establish and Manage overall strategy and communication projects with partners and contractors for the development and production of Marketing materials, web, events, tradeshows which include identifying and producing new content and design. I ensure the message consistency and accuracy of content
- Create Marketing campaigns and organize customer events to enhance client loyalty
- Provide writing and editing support for all branded sales messages, including promotional materials, press releases, advertising, presentations, flyers, e-mailing campaigns, newsletters
- Provide Sales with leads and monitor performance
- Serve as an internal liaison to develop and establish a single company brand and theme across subsidiaries and divisions
- Monitor marketing, functional and data global requirements are taken into account
- Review and edit existing promotional materials for Marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines, and expand marketing and communication efforts in unsupported areas
- Organize Teambuilding events, workshops and other internal events
- Manage various internal programs: incentives and communication
- Produce strategic Marketing analysis and reports to ensure progress against objectives (SWOT, Marketing reports, corporate report…)
- Work actively with Financial Media (Press Relations)
