L’Europe à la Une® is a consultancy, independent, specialized in European affairs, based in Paris. Our purpose is to enable managers of businesses, professional organizations, Public authorities control of the European dimension in their sectors.
Our CEO
Our consultancy, L’Europe à la Une® was founded by Marie-José Fleury.
We rely on her twenty years of experience in European affairs, an interface between European institutions and the social and economic decision makers, developed in both the public and private sectors.
Our CEO is a graduate of Advanced European Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges, in 1990 and holds a Master 2 of International Economic Law and Community, University of Lille II, in 1989.
She also publishes analysis on various European topics.
Our expertise
Our expertise is centered on the monitor legislative and regulatory target, the analysis of complex issues and develop original responses. My expertise also extends to the development of projects and partnerships.

1996 - 2004Mission :
To set up the organization’s strategy about European stakes taking into account of the European progresses : watch of laws and treatment of the news,
supporting the definition and the orientations : analysis and synthesis papers,
communication : public speeches, writing papers, training (responsibles of the organization, trainers, on different subjects,(for instance, the European model, the project of the Constitutional treaty etc.),
financing of projects : calls for proposals, budgetary management,
managing of projects : action plans, realisation, coordination, internal and external evaluation

1992 - 1996Mission :
To promote European programms in the field of the development of skills and employement
managing and evaluation of a portfolio of 25 to 30 transnational projects yearly,
coordination of the female targeted public dimension in order to set up the equality between women/men, to increase the rate of employement,

1990 - 1992Mission :
To manage European programms in order to help the rebuilding (Eastern and Central European countries)
Development of the cooperation : experiences’s transfers in the field of the industrial reconversion (Poland)
