Starting out as an advertiser in charge of major brands in international agencies, then Marketing and Communications Director in business, I set up my first consulting firm in operational marketing in 1991.
With the benefits of maturity and in response to the new strategic and financial issues faced by companies, I created Ethos in 2005, a consulting firm focusing on performance management. With a multidisciplinary team of experts, I endeavor to provide managers with concrete and effective solutions.
My personal areas of expertise include:
• Strategic diagnosis, finding new markets, development strategy;
• Marketing planning, including plans, business models and operating budgets, resource allocation or redeployment, marketing and communication audits and cost-saving;
• Strategic and operational brand management (corporate, brand name, product): portfolio optimization, positioning, identity, innovation approach, extension, brand valuation, etc.;
• Setting up indicators, measurement and steering tools (performance indicators), technological and competitive surveillance;
• Contracting assistance for studies on market and consumer intelligence;

Because I enjoy conveying and sharing information, I participate in the professional training of management executives through several courses of lectures. I also supervise Marketing pedagogy for a group of business schools in Paris.
I set up and currently manage the firm, and lead the team of experts.
Ethos is designed to accompany businesses (small and middle cap companies), institutions and public bodies in their search for performance.
Our multidisciplinary team of experts in business development, organization, marketing, communication, HR and corporate finance, works with executives, on a day-to-day basis, clarifying strategic decisions and accompanying managers and teams in their implementation.
